Shane Sanders

Shane Sanders is the owner and consultant at Sanders Consulting, where operations for high-volume restaurants and nightlife venues are spearheaded to enhance customer service and food quality, resulting in a 15% sales increase and a 20% boost in customer satisfaction since January 2012. Prior experience includes serving as Traveling Beverage Manager for Royal Caribbean Cruises, Ltd./Carnival Cruise Line, overseeing beverage operations and a staff of up to 140 employees.
