Rahquel Purcell

Rahquel Purcell is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in supply chain and operations management. Currently serving as Chief Transformation Officer and Chief Operations Officer for L'Oréal North America since January 2016, Rahquel leads over 4,000 employees across various operational functions. Prior to this, Rahquel held key roles at Procter & Gamble, including Director of Global Packaging Purchases, where leadership spanned a global team to procure approximately $6 billion in packaging solutions, and Director of Product Supply NA Operations, overseeing a large organization managing $30 billion in product sales. Additionally, Rahquel is a member of the Board of Directors at MSC Industrial Supply Co. and holds a BBA in Finance from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
