Sahli Hicks

Sahli Hicks has extensive experience in customer service and leadership roles, currently serving as an International Customer Care Representative at MSC Industrial Supply Co. since March 2022. As the Founder of E. D. G. E. Discipleship Ministries since June 2001, Sahli developed a ministry focused on discipleship in Atlanta, GA. Previous experience includes a Customer Service Specialist role at Kennametal from February 2018 to November 2021, where Sahli excelled in customer relations and order processing, and a Shift Leader role at City BBQ, responsible for enhancing customer satisfaction and training staff. Additional notable positions include Inbound Marketing Consultant at Wells Fargo and Client Services Manager at McClatchy. Sahli holds a Bachelor of Science in Parks, Recreation, Leisure, and Fitness Studies from Columbus State University and a diploma from John McEachern High School.
