Sandra Palmacci

Sandra Palmacci currently serves as Legal Director EMEA at MSC Software since October 2007, with previous roles as Senior Legal Counsel and Legal Counsel. Responsibilities include managing, drafting, and negotiating software licenses and service contracts in multiple languages, collaborating with various teams and supporting automotive, aerospace, and manufacturing customers. Additionally, Sandra oversees IP-related matters, non-disclosure agreements, and data privacy compliance, while also providing legal support for mergers and acquisitions and supplier agreements. Since October 2018, Sandra has been Divisional Legal Counsel at Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence, focusing on legal support for business contracts. Previously, Sandra worked as Legal Counsel at Informatique Caisse des Dépôts, handling software agreements and establishing rules for public organizations. Sandra holds a Master's degree in European Law from Université Droit Paris XII and completed legal training at Ecole de Formation du Barreau de Paris.
