Shahdad Zand

Mr. Zand oversees legal affairs at MSC Software and has served as in-house counsel at MSC Software since 2001. He joined MSC Software through the acquisition of a technology integrator where he served as General Counsel from 1999 through 2001. Mr. Zand earned his Juris Doctor degree, summa cum laude, from Whittier Law School. He also holds an MBA from University of Southern California Marshall School of Business where he graduated with Beta Gamma Sigma honors.
