Sisira Jayasinghe

Sisira Jayasinghe is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product development and engineering. Currently serving as Product Development Director at MSC Software since March 2006, Jayasinghe previously held the position of Director at Noran Engineering from 2003 to 2006 and worked as a Software Engineer at SolidWorks from July 2002 to October 2003, where contributions included the Mesh generation component of the CosmosWorks product. Jayasinghe’s career began at SDRC, holding the role of Sr. Tech. Dev. Engineer from 1985 to 2001. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati, an MSc in Automotive Engineering from Cranfield University, and a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Moratuwa.
