Arun Dhondiyal is an experienced professional in the fields of artificial intelligence, data technology, and risk analytics. As the Executive Director and Head of AI & Engineering at MSCI Inc. since November 2019, Arun oversees the implementation of AI, machine learning, and natural language processing solutions across various verticals, including Index Construction and ESG. Prior to this role, Arun served as Director of Risk Analytics & Technology at BlackRock, leading the Market Risk/Liquidity Risk group in APAC and managing teams focused on the development of statistical and machine learning models for enterprise analytics. Arun began a career as a Programmer Analyst at Cognizant Technology Solutions and holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering.
