Dominic Jones

Dominic Jones serves as the VP of External Affairs - Americas at MSCI Inc. since August 2023, focusing on stakeholder relationships to advance policy and business goals. Previously, Dominic worked at Google as the Manager of Government Affairs and Public Policy for Google Cloud, identifying regulatory opportunities for cloud computing. Earlier experience includes serving as Vice President of Private Markets at Capstone LLC, where extensive policy and regulatory due diligence was conducted for global private equity firms. Dominic's legal experience includes roles as Associate Counsel at the VA Board of Veterans Appeals and as a Law Clerk at DC Superior Court, along with research work at American University Washington College of Law and Thompson Hine LLP. Dominic holds an MBA from Georgetown University, a JD from American University Washington College of Law, and a BA in Political Science from Morehouse College, graduating cum laude.
