Jerry S. Lettieri

Jerry S. Lettieri is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Managing Director and Counsel, Head of Compliance at MSCI Inc. since June 2012, where responsibilities include advising on a range of legal and compliance matters and leading the global compliance program. Prior to MSCI, Lettieri held roles including Executive Director and Counsel at Institutional Shareholder Services Inc. and Associate General Counsel/Chief Compliance Officer at Marwood Group, focusing on compliance for financial operations. Early legal career experience includes litigation roles at Wilson Elser and Clausen Miller P.C., as well as serving as an Assistant District Attorney in Queens. Lettieri earned a Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Economics, graduating cum laude from NYU Stern School of Business. Additional education includes an Executive Leadership Program in Project Management from Boston University.
