Joanne R. Scarola

Joanne R. Scarola, CPA, currently serves as the Executive Director and Enterprise Risk Management Officer at MSCI Inc. since September 2016. Previously, Joanne held the position of VP - Risk Management at Marsh & McLennan Companies, Inc. from April 2012 to August 2016, and served as VP - Operational Risk Officer at AllianceBernstein from May 2007 to April 2012. Prior experience includes Director of Forensic Accounting and Litigation Consulting at FTI Consulting from 2002 to 2007 and Senior Associate at Arthur Andersen from September 1999 to June 2002. Joanne earned an MBA in Finance from NYU Stern School of Business between 2004 and 2007 and a BS in Accounting from Binghamton University from 1995 to 1999.
