Joel Quintanilla Garza

Joel Quintanilla Garza is an experienced professional currently serving as Vice President of Index Products for the Americas and EMEA at MSCI Inc., a position held since July 2018. In this role, Joel provides tactical support concerning strategy, pricing, and licensing for various indexed products, while also managing the Americas Index project pipeline and ensuring project timelines are met. Prior to this, Joel worked as a Pro Bono Strategy Consultant for groupflights.com, focusing on Latin American operations and corporate branding. Previous roles include Head of Information Control and Quality Engineer at Nemak, and Process Engineer at GE Oil & Gas. Joel holds a Master's in Financial Management from Vlerick Business School and a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering and Administration from Tecnológico de Monterrey, along with additional studies in art from The Art Institute of New York City.
