Paul Kivuva

Paul Kivuva is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in real estate and risk management. Currently serving as Vice President in the Real Assets Division at MSCI Inc. since January 2023, Paul specializes in data and portfolio services for commercial real estate and infrastructure investments. Prior to this role, Paul was a Relationship Manager for Moody's Analytics, focusing on client relationships within the commercial real estate sector, and has also held roles in enterprise risk solutions and corporate investment banking at Moody's and J.P. Morgan, respectively. Paul earned a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Spanish, and Entrepreneurship from the University of Florida's Warrington College of Business.
