Brian Williams

Brian Williams is a Director, Senior Controller on the Finance team and serves as the CFO of their BDC. Prior to joining MSD in 2021, he worked at Wells Fargo Asset Management as a Controller, and at Guggenheim Partners as the CFO of the Credit Income Fund. Before that, he worked at W.P. Carey in a variety of roles with his most recent role being BDC Chief Accounting Officer & Finance Director.

Brian earned a B.S. in Accountancy from Villanova as well as an M.B.A. with specializations in Finance, Economics & Quantitative Finance from New York University. Brian has earned the right to use the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
