Marcin Kokoszka

Marcin Kokoszka serves as the Director and Head of Legal and Compliance for Central and Eastern Europe at MSD Polska, a position held since July 2023. Prior to this role, Marcin was the Associate Director and Head of Legal and Compliance for CEE at MSD from May 2019 to April 2024. With extensive experience in the legal field, Marcin worked at GE Healthcare as Senior Legal Counsel for Central and Eastern Europe from September 2010 to May 2019, where responsibilities included managing legal affairs in 19 countries, negotiating business agreements, and advising on regulatory issues. Marcin also held a position in the Corporate Legal Department at Siemens from December 2003 to September 2010 and began a legal career as a legal assistant at PAGI S.A. Marcin's educational background includes a Master of Law from the University of Warsaw and a legal advisor degree from the Warsaw Chamber of Legal Advisors, supplemented by studies in American Law at the University of Florida and Hochschule Bremen.
