James Carcasi

James Carcasi has extensive experience in the retail industry, holding various leadership roles throughout their career. James is currently serving as the Chief Merchant at Mid-States Distributing, LLC since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Rural King Farm & Home Store as the Executive Vice President, where they developed a corporate structure to support purchasing and planning functions, driving sales performance and improved profitability.
