Mai Phuong Nguyen has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. In 2008, they joined Unilever as a Management Trainee and quickly rose through the ranks to become the youngest Brand Manager, handling major brands such as LUX, DOVE, and HAZELINE. Mai Phuong excelled in brand management, strategic planning, and branded content communication. In 2016, they transitioned to Masan Consumer Holdings, where they served as an Associate Marketing Director, responsible for developing new business outside of Vietnam, primarily in Thailand. Mai Phuong also played a key role in product line and brand development for Masan International. Following their time at Masan, Mai Phuong Nguyen joined VietSeeds Foundation, where they provided sponsorship and mentoring support, as well as overseeing the organization's communication framework. In 2018, they became the Chief Executive Officer of SSA Sports, a pioneering sport training and education business in Vietnam, focused on creating a third environment of development for children through sports. Additionally, they currently hold the position of Deputy Chief Executive Officer at XLE Group.
Mai Phuong Nguyen attended Dai hoc Ngoai Thuong from 2004 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in International Business and Economics.
