Amy Rothman-Iliff

Amy Rothman-Iliff, SHRM-CP has over 17 years of experience in human resources. Amy is currently the Head of Human Resources Americas at msg global solutions since March 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Human Resources Manager at msg global solutions from September 2020 to March 2022.

Before joining msg global solutions, Amy had a long tenure at Aerosoles, a shoe manufacturer and retailer. Amy held various roles including Director of Human Resources/Organizational Development, HR Business Partner, Business Systems/HRIS Project Manager, Director of Retail Operations, and Manager of Retail Operations. During their time at Aerosoles, they were responsible for a wide range of HR functions such as employee relations, talent acquisition, onboarding, and policy development. Amy also implemented a learning and development program and spearheaded the implementation of a time and attendance system. Amy's achievements include saving the company $1 million through the integration of new systems and creating efficient management systems for employees and products.

Amy Rothman-Iliff, SHRM-CP, holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh. In terms of additional certifications, Amy received the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM in May 2019. Amy also obtained a certification in Excel: PivotTables for Beginners from LinkedIn in June 2020.
