Susanna Poth

Susanna Poth is an experienced program manager and executive with a background in insurance and IT development. Currently serving as Program Manager at msg life ag since March 2019, Poth previously held the position of Director IT-Development at Gothaer Insurance Group from October 2015 to February 2019. At MKB Insurances, from October 2010 to June 2015, Poth was a board member responsible for treaty administration and customer service, achieving significant productivity improvements and implementing key operational changes. Experience also includes senior project management roles in international business for Versicherungskammer Bayern and consultancy positions with JM Management Consulting and Mummert Consulting, specializing in insurance and reinsurance. Poth's early career involved strategic roles at Lotus/IBM and ABB, focusing on business process reengineering and management consulting. Poth holds a Ph.D. in Strategy from Uppsala University and a Master's degree in Industrial Management and Engineering from Technical University in Linköping.
