Candice Mason

Candice Mason is a seasoned professional with a diverse range of work experience. Candice started their career in 2012 at McKinsey & Company, a global management consulting firm, where they held various roles such as Senior Recruiter, Recruiter, and Learning and Development Program Manager. In 2021, they joined ServiceTitan, a software technology platform for the trades, as a Technical Talent Acquisition Lead. Currently, they are the Director of Recruiting | Talent Acquisition & Delivery at MSH, an international talent leader. Throughout their career, Candice has demonstrated a strong focus on talent acquisition and delivering effective solutions to help organizations grow and succeed.

Candice Mason, SHRM-SCP, holds a BA degree in Psychology and Cultural Anthropology from Duke University, which they completed in 2007. Candice has obtained the Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM in May 2023.
