Tomas Layrisse

Tomas Layrisse has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Tomas started their career as an intern at Mercantil Bank in 2006 and later interned at Citigroup Smith Barney in 2008. In 2011, they worked as an International & Personal Banking Executive at Mercantil Commercebank N.A.

From 2012 to 2019, Tomas held various roles in recruitment and client services. Tomas worked as an Intern at Merrill Lynch in 2012 and then joined Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. as an RPO Account Manager from 2015 to 2016. Tomas also worked as a Client Services Manager - RPO at MSH Talent Solutions from 2015 to 2016. Tomas then moved to Millicom (Tigo) where they served as an RPO Account Director from 2016 to 2019. In 2017, Tomas was promoted to Director of Client Services - RPO at MSH Talent Solutions and in 2020 they became the VP of Solutions, Global RPO at the same organization.

In 2019, Tomas joined Restaurant Brands International as an RPO Account Director. Overall, Tomas has gained extensive experience in talent acquisition and client services throughout their career.

Tomas Layrisse has a Master's Degree in Financial Economics from Florida Atlantic University, which they completed between 2012 and 2013. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Science and Economics from the University of Tampa from 2007 to 2010. Tomas'sundergraduate education also includes a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the University of Dayton, which they completed in 2007.
