Izabella S

Izabella S has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Izabella began their career as an Accounting Assistant at Cox Costello & Horne in 2007 before moving on to become a Finance Assistant at Viasat World Limited. In 2010, they joined Kelway FZ LLC as a Revenue Accountant, where they were responsible for various financial analysis and reporting tasks.

In 2012, Izabella worked as an FP&A Business Analyst at SOS International before joining JLL as a Senior Financial Analyst supporting the HSBC account in EMEA. Izabella later took on the role of Cost Manager, where they managed capital expenditure for a client and improved the P2P process. Izabella then became a Client Accounting Manager in the EMEA Opex portfolio for the Amazon account, where they implemented FP&L processes and drove process improvements.

Their most recent role is as the Head of Asset Accounting and Technology at Msheireb Properties, a subsidiary of Qatar Foundation. In this role, Izabella manages a team of nine and is responsible for all aspects of company accounting processes, including revenue recognition, compliance, and risk management. Izabella is also driving an ERP system change and enhancing the use of technology and automation.

Izabella S began their education in 2000 at National High School in Biala Podlaska, Poland, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business and Economics in 2003. Izabella then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Innovation and data analysis from the Polish Academy of Science in partnership with Utah Valley University, studying from 2014 to 2015. In addition to their degrees, Izabella has obtained several certifications, including "Unconscious Bias" from LinkedIn in December 2020, "Certificate in Property Management" from an online institution in August 2014, and "PRINCE2® Foundation Certification Training" from PRINCE2.com in July 2010.
