Tara Marallo

Tara Marallo SPHR began their work experience in 1998 at Commercial Works, where they held the position of Corporate Director of Human Resources, Generalist & Recruiter until 2008. Tara then joined TIB Group, LLC as an HR Consultant from 2008 to 2013. In 2013, they joined Media Source, Inc as a Human Resource Manager, and eventually became the Director of Human Resources in January 2017.

Tara Marallo SPHR obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communications / PR from the University of Dayton, where they studied from 1992 to 1996.

In 2013, they obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from HRCI. Additionally, they have obtained another certification, SPHR, from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI, but the specific month and year of its attainment is unknown.
