Micah Bosley

Micah Bosley has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Micah started their career in 2002 with the United States Air Force, where they served in various positions, including Air Battle Manager and Executive Officer to the Commander. In this role, they developed training materials, operated radar systems, and led a team to ensure the collection of suspicious ground movements.

In 2010, Micah joined Kraft Foods as an Operations Supervisor, where they managed a team of hourly employees and ensured production targets and quality control goals were met. Micah later became a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and worked as a Business Unit Leader, overseeing manufacturing lines and managing employees.

Micah then moved to Mars in 2012 and held several roles, such as Production Manager and Value Stream Manager for various product lines, including gum, mints, and ice cream. Micah also served as Director of Operations for MSI Express before being promoted to the role of VP of Operations and Support.

Throughout their career, Micah has demonstrated their expertise in operations management, continuous improvement, and leadership.

Micah Bosley completed an MBA in Business from Auburn University Harbert College of Business in the years 2007-2009. Prior to that, from 2000-2002, they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Aviation Management from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
