J. Marty Lowe has a diverse work experience. J. Marty started their career in 2011 as a Managing Partner at iHealthcare Solutions, where they worked until 2015. In 2015, they became a Business Owner at NATO until 2022. Currently, since 2016, they are the President & CEO of MSi Workforce Solutions.

J. Marty Lowe has a degree in Management from Cleveland State Community College, with a field of study in Business/Managerial Economics. In addition to their education, they have obtained certifications such as SMWBE from MNAA in 2019, MBE (Minority Business Enterprise) from TSMSDC in March 2018, and DBE (Diversity Business Enterprise) from The Governor's Office of Diversity Business Enterprise in September 2017.
