Kevin Holguin, ARM, FCLS, currently serves as the Home Office Workers Compensation Technical and Compliance Manager at MSIG Holdings (Americas), Inc. since March 2018, where responsibilities include managing daily workers' compensation claims, staffing, training, operations, litigation management, and vendor oversight. Prior to this role, Kevin worked at Chubb from November 2001 to March 2018 as Assistant Vice President and Workers' Compensation Claim Manager, overseeing a team managing over $107 million in claims across multiple jurisdictions. Additional experience includes roles as Senior Claims Examiner at Republic Indemnity and Senior SIU Investigator at The Travelers. Kevin holds leadership credentials from UCLA's MultiDimensional Leadership Institute and Chubb Leadership Development School, along with a high school diploma from Crescenta Valley High School and education from Glendale Community College.
