Shawn Knowles has over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry. Shawn has held various roles in top insurance companies such as Mitsui Sumitomo Insurance Group, Amerisure Insurance, AIG/Chartis Insurance, Home Insurance/Zurich American Insurance, and CIGNA Companies. Shawn's roles have included SVP - Director of Risk Engineering, Risk Management Specialist, Assistant Vice President, Regional Services Manager, National Ergonomics Coordinator/Sr. Loss Control Consultant/Account Manager, Sr. Loss Control Technical Consultant, Sr. Ergonomics/Workers Compensation Specialist, and Safety Specialist Intern. Shawn'sexpertise lies in risk management, loss control, and ergonomics.

Shawn Knowles began their education at Illinois State University from 1984 to 1989, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Occupational Safety and Health Technology/Technician. Shawn then continued their education at the University of Michigan from 1990 to 1992, focusing on Ergonomics/Human Factors Engineering.
