Rachael Lake

Rachael Lake has a diverse work experience spanning from 2006 to present. Rachael started their career as an Assistant Economist at HM Revenue & Customs in 2006, followed by their role as an Associate Director, Communications Planning at Carat UK from 2007 to 2015. Rachael then joined Manning Gottlieb OMD in 2015 as a Strategy Director, where they worked until 2019. Currently, they are serving as the UK Head of Strategy at m/SIX.

Rachael Lake attended Watford Grammar School For Girls from 1997 to 2003. Rachael then pursued higher education at the University of Oxford from 2003 to 2006, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics.
