Shreya Mukherjee

Shreya Mukherjee has a diverse range of work experience, starting with their current role as the Chief Strategy Officer at MSLGROUP. Shreya also holds a position as a Board Member at the Hubbard School of Journalism and Mass Communication - University of Minnesota. Shreya is the Founder of The Little Warrior [Initiative], which they started in 2015.

Prior to their current roles, they worked at Deutsch as the Social Impact Practice Lead and later as the SVP and Group Strategy Director. Shreya has also worked at Publicis as the SVP and Global Strategy Director. Earlier in their career, Shreya held positions at Rutgers University as an Advisory Board Member, Deutsch as the VP and Planning Director, Now What as a Senior Strategist, Hall & Partners as an Account Manager, and CEB as a Senior Director and Global Consumer Strategist for Iconoculture.

Throughout their career, Shreya has gained experience in areas such as brand vision development, marketing strategy, shopper insights, innovation and new product development, qualitative consumer research, and trend identification. Shreya has worked with notable clients, including Fortune 500 companies, and has delivered presentations to senior executives and large audiences. Shreya has also contributed to research reports and co-authored on consumer culture topics.

Shreya Mukherjee has a diverse education history. Shreya completed an Executive Program for Social Impact Strategy at the University of Pennsylvania from 2019 to 2020. Shreya also obtained a certificate in "Unleashing the power of the private sector in implementing the 2030 Agenda" from the United Nations System Staff College (UNSSC) in 2020. In 2017, they earned a Women in Leadership Certificate from Cornell University. Shreya holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree from the University of Warwick, with a focus on Creative & Media Enterprises, specifically in the music industry. Additionally, they have a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Strategic Communications from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Journalism (Honors) from Delhi University. Besides their formal education, Shreya also obtained the Arangetram certification in Bharatnatyam (South Indian Classical Dance) from Shri Ram Bharatiya Kala Kendra in 1997.
