Shylande Thomas

Shylande Thomas is an accomplished marketing and digital strategy professional with extensive experience in social media management and communications. Currently serving as Account Supervisor and Senior Digital Strategist at MSL since September 2025, Shylande previously held roles at Edelman as a Social Media Manager and Junior Social Media and Community Manager, where work included managing well-known brands in beauty, food and beverage, fashion, and technology. Early career experiences include positions in digital marketing and communications, collaborating on media plans and campaigns, and developing content across multiple platforms. Education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from Buffalo State University and completion of the COOP Careers Fellowship.
