Charles Dulay

Charles Dulay has a distinguished career in public safety and criminal justice education, serving as an adjunct professor at Calumet College of St. Joseph from January 2008 until September 2015 and at Morton College from September 1993 to December 2011. Prior to their academic roles, Dulay was a District Commander with the Chicago Police Department from 1968 to 2007. Academic qualifications include a Master of Arts in Urban Studies/Affairs from Loyola University Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from the University of Illinois Chicago.
