Vinod K. Pandita

Vinod K. Pandita has a diversified professional background with experience in the field of Strategy, Standards, Sustainability, Safety and Skill Development across multiple sectors. Vinod K. has attended training programmes, workshops, conferences in India, South Africa, Dubai and Germany. Vinod began their career in 1993 as a Graduate Engineering Trainee at Bharat Forge Ltd. Vinod K. then moved to Hero MotoCorp as an Assistant Manager SQA in 1995, and to Trafag AG as Manager- Procurement & Supplier Development in the same year. In 1998, they founded and became the CEO of Perception Management Consulting Pvt. Ltd. In 2019, they became a Business Processes & Systems Expert at MSMEx, and in 2020 they became Chief Executive Officer at AVRO INDIA LIMITED and Chief Mentor & Business Turnaround Coach at ABLE by Vinod K. Pandita, Academy for Business Leadership & Entrepreneurship.

Vinod K. Pandita obtained a 10+2 degree from Dewan Badri Nath Vidya Mandir, Jammu in 1989, majoring in Physics, Chemistry, and Maths. Vinod K. then attended Jawaharlal Nehru Engineering College, Aurangabad, where they earned a B.Tech in Production Engineering in 1993. In 2018, they completed a Intelligent Leadership Coach certification from the International Coaching Federation (USA) in the field of Leadership in Business. Vinod K. also holds a NBI Accredited Professional certification from the Creativity Foundation, South Africa.
