Tamara Lukashonak is an experienced QA professional with a strong background in both manual and automation testing. At MSP360, Tamara served as QA Automation Lead and Senior QA Engineer, enhancing testing methodologies. Tamara's role as QA Mentor at WOMEN IN TECH® involved guiding others to improve their QA skills. At TheSoul Publishing, Tamara successfully conducted hybrid testing strategies, significantly increasing autotest coverage from 20% to 80%, while also implementing best practices. Previous positions at LeverX International and Emerline solidified expertise in functional and non-functional testing for web and mobile projects, alongside process establishment. Tamara holds a Professional retraining degree in Penetration Testing from CyberEd and a Bachelor's degree in Linguistic Support in Intercultural Communication and Tourism from Minsk State Linguistic University.
