Sr. Systems Support Analyst, Team Lead at Mspark

Kenneth Hunke has a diverse work experience in the field of systems and technical support. Kenneth is currently employed at Mspark as a Sr. Systems Support Analyst, Team Lead since July 2022. Prior to this role, they held positions as a Systems Support Analyst and a Technical Support Analyst at the same company, starting in July 2018 and July 2010 respectively. Kenneth also worked as an Informatics Technician at AT&T Global Services from February 2010 to July 2010. Kenneth began their career at the University of Alabama at Birmingham in April 2002 as a Computer Technician in the Desktop Support Department. Kenneth was later promoted to the position of Information Systems Specialist in February 2004, where they were responsible for installing and maintaining hardware and operating systems. Kenneth remained in this role until October 2009.

Kenneth Hunke attended Herzing College from 2000 to 2001, where they pursued an Associates degree in Computer Networking Technology.
