Lauren Humphrey, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Lauren started their career in 2002 as the Director of Marketing at Long's Electronics Inc, where they led the marketing team, facilitated research, and managed product placement in catalogs. In 2003, Lauren worked as a Legal Assistant at Constangy, Brooks & Smith, LLP before transitioning to a role as a Financial Aid Administrator at ITT Technical Institute in 2004. From 2006 to 2012, they served as an EBay Division Risk Management Consultant at Robinson Adams Insurance. Lauren then joined Mspark in 2012, initially as an Account Manager for National Accounts and eventually progressed to become a Customer Experience Manager-Team Lead. In their most recent position at Mspark, they were the Manager of the Customer Experience Team for National Accounts, responsible for managing a team and establishing processes for a large client's portal program. Throughout their career, Lauren has demonstrated strong leadership skills and the ability to handle large accounts and client relationships effectively.

Lauren Humphrey completed a Bachelor's degree in Small Business Administration/Management from Birmingham-Southern College between 1998 and 2002. During the same period, they also obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Management from the same institution. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) at the University of North Alabama from 2006 to 2008.
