Michael Pescatore is a CPA and holds an MBA in Accounting from Fairleigh Dickinson University. Currently serving as Partner-in-Charge of Quality Control at MSPC Certified Public Accountants and Advisors since 2012, Michael is responsible for reviewing financial statements for SEC registrants and privately held businesses, and also collaborates with clients and attorneys to address complex accounting and financial reporting issues. Previous experience includes roles in quality control at Raich Ende Malter & Co., LLP, as Regional Accounting and Auditing Director at ParenteBeard LLC, and as Director of External Reporting and Accounting Policy at Avaya. Michael began their career as a Senior Audit Manager at Moore Stephens, contributing significant expertise to the accounting field since 1993. Michael earned a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from John Jay College (CUNY).
