Russell Chabot is a seasoned digital strategy consultant with extensive experience in digital transformation projects across various industries. Currently serving as a digital strategy consultant at MSQ since June 2022, Russell focuses on optimizing processes and enhancing customer experiences for leading brands. As the founder of Sapien Interactive, established in January 2020, Russell creates engaging fan experiences that personalize and enrich digital interactions within the sports sector. Previous roles include strategy lead consultant at Wunderman Thompson, senior consultant at ACTITO, and head of managed services at SmartFocus, where Russell led teams supporting digital marketing for major global brands. Additionally, Russell has held positions involving digital communications and CRM strategies at Powa Technologies and MoneySupermarket.com, and began a career in graphic design at Friday Media Group.
