Tim Borneck

Tim Borneck is a seasoned finance professional currently serving as Vice President at One Equity Partners since April 2020, having previously held roles including Senior Associate and Associate at the same firm. Tim is actively involved in multiple board memberships, including MSQ, Kirey Group, VASS, and enthus, all established in 2023 or later. Prior to these roles, Tim gained experience as a Private Equity Intern at One Equity Partners and as an M&A Consultant at Siemens, where employment spanned from October 2012 to September 2018. Tim holds a Master of Science in International Finance from Nova School of Business and Economics and a Bachelor of Arts in International Management from FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management. Additionally, Tim completed an industrial clerk program at Siemens' Professional Education.
