Sarath Pendyala

Sarath Pendyala began their career as a Corporate Finance Consultant at Siemens in 2005. Sarath then moved on to Deutsche Bank in 2006, where they worked in Investment Banking and Structured Finance for 12 years. In 2018, Sarath joined CLSA as the Director and Head of Global Debt Finance, a position they held until July 2021. Currently, they are the Group Chief Financial Officer at MSRCosmos LLC since August 2021.

Sarath Pendyala attended the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani from 1999 to 2003, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (B.E. (Hons.) EEE). Sarath then went on to study at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore from 2003 to 2005, although the degree and field of study for this period are not mentioned.
