Neil McKay

Neil McKay is an experienced manufacturing engineer with a background in product and process engineering, having worked for companies such as MSSC, 3M, and SAF-HOLLAND Inc. Currently a Manufacturing Engineer at MSSC since June 2021, Neil previously held various engineering roles at 3M from May 2016 to January 2021, focusing on product maintenance, cost reduction, and quality investigations, and also served as a Research and Development Technician. Prior to that, Neil spent over 12 years as Manufacturing Engineering Manager at SAF-HOLLAND Inc., supervising multiple departments and overseeing equipment installations and safety compliance. Neil holds a degree in Manufacturing Engineering Technology from Fanshawe College, earned between 1999 and 2003.
