Suzanne Hays Earp

Suzanne is the Chief Financial Officer and Human Resource Manager of MST. Prior to assuming the CFO position, Suzanne was a manager in the Atlanta office of MST, where she specialized in auditing, accounting, and business advisory services. She also had considerable experience in tax and accounting matters related to employee benefit plans. Her clients ranged from new, owner-managed businesses to large, established retail and service companies with international operations.

Today, Suzanne manages the many business aspects of operating an accounting firm and two subsidiary companies. Her duties include budgeting, cash management, employee and partner benefits, handling mergers and acquisition issues, human resources issues, recruiting, facilities management, and coordination of the Firm’s policies, procedures, and operations. She also serves as the liaison to the managing partner and management committee for the Executive office team, which includes Marketing, HR, IT, and accounting functions.
