Benny Baltrotsky has a long and successful career in the technology industry. Benny began their career in 2005 as a Researcher for the Business Plan Archive at the University of Maryland's Robert H. Smith School of Business. At the same time, they also worked in Business Development at the University of Maryland's A. James Clark School of Engineering. In 2006, they became a Consultant and Project Manager for alwaysBEthere, working with clients such as Best Buy and State Farm to deliver mobile solutions to field workers. In 2007, they co-founded eSUB Construction Software and served as the Chief Strategy Officer, leading the business in securing $20+ million in a series of funding rounds from Tier 1 Investors. In 2009, they became a Partner/Advisor for the So Cal Angel Fund. In 2010, they began advising Loudie. In 2012, they became a Founding Member of the Construction Open Standards Alliance (COSA). In 2017, they co-founded the Construction Progress Coalition. In 2020, they were hired as Chief Operating Officer of MSUITE, where they built out MSUITE's sales, marketing, customer success, and finance programs, helping the startup grow revenue by over 375% in 22 months leading to acquisition by Stanley Black and Decker. In 2022, they were appointed VP of Commercialization at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc.

Benny Baltrotsky is currently a student at the University of Maryland, where they are studying Economics and Entrepreneurship.
