Neha Amin

Neha Amin serves as the General Counsel and Company Secretary at MSWA since June 2025, focusing on compliance, legal advice, and corporate governance. Previously, from October 2018 to June 2025, Neha held the role of Special Counsel and Head of Legal at Business NSW, advising on diverse legal matters and leading compliance initiatives within the organization. Neha's legal expertise is further backed by experience as Senior Legal Counsel and Privacy Manager at both EY and NSW Business Chamber, as well as earlier roles in commercial litigation at Middletons and Corrs Chambers Westgarth. Neha holds a Graduate Certificate in Legal Practice and dual bachelor's degrees in Arts and Laws from the University of Technology Sydney, where the Law degree was awarded First Class Honours.
