Iain Gibb

Iain Gibb has a solid work experience in various roles within the IT industry. Iain began their career at Hawtal Whiting Ltd as a CAE Systems Manager from 1988 to 1993. Iain then joined MSX International and held the same role from 1995 to 2005. After that, they worked as an IT Manager at Arrk Technical Services Ltd from 2005 to 2007. Iain then moved on to Assystem UK Ltd as the Head of IT (UK) from 2007 to 2017. Iain joined MSX International again in 2017 as the GTS Regional Operations Manager - Europe until 2018. Iain continued to contribute to MSX, taking on the role of Head of DevOps from 2018 to 2021. Currently, they are the DevOps Manager GTS UK Digital Solutions, and starting from 2023, they will be the Head of Application Operations at MSX International.

Iain Gibb attended the University of the West of Scotland from 1981 to 1989. Iain also completed their secondary education at Johnstone High School. In addition to their formal education, Iain has obtained several certifications from LinkedIn, including "Communicating Across Cultures" in 2022, "IT Service Desk: Service Management" in 2021, "ServiceNow: Basic Administration" in 2021, "Intro to Service Management with ITIL® 4" in 2021, "Learning ServiceNow" in 2020, and "ITIL® Foundation 4 First Look" in 2020.
