Marco Vietze

Marco Vietze is an accomplished aerospace engineer with extensive experience in the aerospace sector, currently serving as the Chief Systems Engineer for hydrogen fuel systems at MT Aerospace AG since 2014. Vietze's expertise encompasses thermal analysis, mechanical optimization, and cryogenic behavior of launcher structures. A PhD researcher at Bundeswehr University Munich, Vietze developed a software code for thermodynamic and structural optimization of cryogenic stages. Additional experience includes roles at Virginia Tech and the University of Stuttgart, focusing on hypersonic combustion and flight instruction. Vietze also serves as a referee and chief of officials for the International Tennis Federation at national and international tennis events. Ongoing education includes a pursuit of an Airline Transport Pilot's License at Cranfield Aviation Training School.
