Christian Bahleda

Christian Bahleda is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in IT project management and middleware engineering, currently serving as the Middleware Engineering Team Lead and Product Owner at M&T Bank since May 2022. In addition to this role, Christian has been a Town Councilman for the Town of Grand Island since January 2022, focusing on budget management and constituent representation. Prior experience at Yahoo! Inc. spanned various positions, including Senior Partner Operations Manager and Team Lead roles in Problem Management and Incident Management, where Christian excelled in relationship management, data analysis, and operational oversight. Christian holds a Master of Science in CRJ Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and Corrections, both from Niagara University.
