Elizabeth Randolph is an experienced information architect with over two decades of expertise in enhancing user experiences for websites and applications. Currently serving as Assistant VP at M&T Bank since January 2012, Elizabeth focuses on improving user interactions through information architecture and usability design. Previously, as Principal at better experience from June 2001 to December 2011, Elizabeth provided consultancy services to clients and developed essential web structures and design strategies.
