Nicholas Batyko

Nicholas Batyko is an accomplished finance and technology executive with extensive experience in commercial and business banking. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Head of Commercial/Business Banking Sales, Lending, and Credit Technology at M&T Bank since May 2018, Batyko has driven significant initiatives including the successful conversion of the People’s United Bank acquisition and the bank’s response to the CARES Paycheck Protection Program. Previous roles include leadership positions in Salesforce delivery at SunTrust and Accenture, as well as consulting and strategic roles at IBM and Wells Fargo Advisors. Batyko holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Economics and Computer Science from Hobart and William Smith Colleges and completed the Senior Leadership Development Program at the University of Michigan in 2019.
