LeRoy Callender, PMP, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and program management across various sectors. As President of R2 Consulting, LLC since March 2016, LeRoy oversees operations at this emerging minority-owned, Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business. Previous roles include Vice President of Operations at S & K Engineering & Research, LLC and President of the NCMA Sooner Chapter, where LeRoy managed chapter operations as the chief executive officer. With a solid background in aviation and program management from positions at the US Air Force and other engineering firms, LeRoy has successfully led significant programs and initiatives, including managing a program portfolio exceeding $20 million at ARINC Engineering Services. LeRoy holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Maryland Global Campus and an Associate of Science in Avionic Systems Technology from the Community College of the Air Force.
