Rosa Royce has extensive experience in fiscal services and compliance, having served in various senior roles at Mt. San Antonio College since August 1994. Currently, as Chief Compliance Officer/Controller, and previously as Chief Compliance and College Budget Officer and Associate Vice President of Fiscal Services, Rosa has demonstrated a strong commitment to financial governance and institutional budgeting. Rosa began their career at the college as Assistant Director of Fiscal Services and has built a robust record of success over nearly three decades in the educational sector.
