George Churchwell is an entrepreneurial and accomplished executive, with over 35 years of innovation in customer experience and leading educational technologies in the IT networking world. He has co-founded two companies sold to private equity and has been a key player in shaping the direction of Apple, Cisco, AT&T, Verizon, British Telecom, and VMware certification programs.

George is an expert on adult learning methodologies, learning technologies (XAPI, LTI, SCORM, LRS), and data science. His areas of greatest strength lie in his expertise surrounding Customer Experience/Customer Success and his ability to create strategies and tactics to increase subscription renewals and increase customer adoption and Net Promoter Scores leading to increased long-term revenue.

George has mastered the Customer Success experience with tools like Salesforce, Gainsight, and Totango through his artificial intelligence and machine learning skills to quickly identify and remediate any adoption barriers within organizational teams.
